• Proven to have diverse skills and vast experience in those fields within schools, between schools, at broader arenas and statewide. 

• Qualified in secondary teaching (science), educational administration, financial management, workplace assessment and training, leadership, mediation, coaching. 

• Experience at all levels of school administration in Australia and internationally. 

• Providing technical support to program evaluation officers in statewide evaluations of major programs such as Reading to Learn, Accelerated Literacy and the Norta Norta individual tuition program. 

• Involved at executive level with senior officers of NSW Department of Education in negotiations about the Local Schools, Local Decisions and the new model of regional support as well as the realignment of the Office of Schools. 

• President of NSW Institute of Educational Administrators 2009 to 2013.

• Member, Institute of Retired Senior Educational Administrators.

• Australian delegation, International Seminar on School Leadership, Erfurt University, Germany, 2005.
