• Planning processes: skilled in collaborative contextual analysis, then synthesis of conclusions and future directions, through to production of strategic plans and action plans.

  • Issues management; proven expertise in collegiate support for Principals.

• Articulate and technologically literate, particularly for

  • complex analysis of electronic data;

  • online surveys; and 

  • report writing. 

• Able to engage other experts to support school processes if necessary. 

• Uses current good practice for adult learning and executive support, backed by Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
